Blueberry & Spinach Immunity Smoothie

According to Therese from Therese Spoon: “A balanced and varied plant-focused diet should provide most people with the micronutrients they need. I’m a firm believer that supplements should not replace whole-foods. However, I do love having a trusty Green Powder handy for when I’m feeling a little lacklustre. Sometimes, a bit of cold weather, lack of sleep and over-training will get the immune system down, that’s when my diet needs an extra boost and I make this super Immunity-Boosting Smoothie.”

Method:

Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Blitz until smooth, then serve over ice.
Add blueberries and toasted coconut flakes on top to garnish. Done!
