Prepare a 11cm x 21cm baking pan with a little coconut oil to lightly grease. Line the base and 2 opposite sides with non-stick baking paper, allowing it to overhang. Preheat oven to 160°C.
Put the all ingredients, but the top crust ones, in a blender and mix until all ingredients are combined well.
Use a spatula to put the mix in to the loaf pan and bake for 20 min.
While the cake is baking, put all the top crust ingredients in a bowl and stir it till combine.
Remove the loaf pan from the oven and carefully spread all the crust mix on top of the cake. Then put the loaf pan back in the oven for another 10 min.
When the baking time is over, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool completely before remove from the loaf pan. Once the cake has cooled down take it out of the loaf pan and enjoy!
