Cricket Protein Bliss Balls

This is a classic for us at Grilo Protein! One of the first recipes we’ve ever tried with our Organic Cricket Powder, but you can also make it with any of our blends. It’s just about mixing 5 ingredients and rolling them into balls to get the complete bliss 🙂 Hands on! Oh, yeah, and they are also gluten-free and dairy-free.

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse on and off until it becomes a course flour.

Place the mixture in a bowl. Using your hands, mix until it turns into a sticky dough. Then roll into little balls and get creative with the coating! Our favourite are cacao powder, dessicated coconut and matcha powder.

Keep them in the fridge and snack when you feel like a sweet healthy bite!
