Dragon Fruit Banana Shake

This duo smoothie tastes like heaven. It’s the perfect post workout drink to help your body recover. It’s packed with protein and all essential amino acids to keep your muscles healthy and fight the fatigue.

Really easy to prepare. You just need to blend and a few ingredients.

Ingredients:

Banana smoothie:

 

Dragon fruit smoothie:

  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 1 cup ice

 

Topping:

  • 1 tbs hemp seeds to garnish

Method:

Place all the ingredients for the banana smoothie into a blender and blend until smooth. Put the mixture in a glass and let it rest while you prepare the dragon fruit smoothie.
Place all the ingredients for the dragon fruit smoothie into a blender and blend until smooth.
Put the dragon fruit smoothie mixture in a glass.
To make the layers take another glass and pour one mixture after another. Play around with both smoothies and create the layers.

Garnish with hemp seeds. That’s it!
