Delivery & Shipping

We aim dispatch your order within 1-3 working days after your purchase. Postage from Byron Bay may take 3-7 working days, depending on your location. However, if you live remotely, then it might take up to 5-7 business days.

Orders placed outside of business hours or on the weekend will be processed the next business day. We’ll send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

You can check your order status in your account, or just contact us and we’ll let you know where things are at.

At this stage we offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand only.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange/refund on a ‘change of mind’ basis. However if for whatever reason you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please email within 5 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement/refund.
